JSRP Alignment Sprint — From Stalled Discussion to Decision in Japan

A four-week intervention on your live deal, negotiation or rollout. We map who actually carries the decision on the Japanese side, rebuild your proposal into a form that can travel their organisation, and rehearse the meeting that matters — before you walk into it.

Usually preceded by a Diagnostic, which is credited into the Sprint if you continue within 60 days.

Fit and process

Built around one live case — not a curriculum.

This is for you if

You recognise your situation here

  • A negotiation, contract or co-development with a Japanese counterpart has to move this quarter
  • A global initiative has to actually land in Japan this time
  • You know roughly where it is stuck — a Diagnostic or your own analysis has told you — and now it has to be worked
  • Your team will still be dealing with this counterpart next year, so the capability should stay in-house
What happens

Four staged working sessions

  • Charter — fix the scope: which decision, which meeting, which counterpart, what success looks like
  • Map — deciders, influencers, promoters, resisters; where consensus stands; what silence and repeat questions mean here
  • Redesign — rebuild the proposal and the communication protocol around every meeting
  • Rehearse — a live simulation of your actual upcoming meeting, then the 90-day operating plan

Between sessions we work on your documents: proposals, minutes, correspondence — read the way the Japanese side reads them.

What you receive

Six artefacts. Zero slides about Japan.

Working documents built from your case — your team keeps using them after we leave.
