Vendor review should not happen in the middle of a stalled deal. Our confidentiality, data, conflict and insurance arrangements are published here so your legal and procurement colleagues can clear us before the work starts.
An NDA is signed before we read anything. A standard mutual NDA template is available on request — or we sign yours; client paper is the norm with larger organisations.
Engagement materials — proposals, minutes, correspondence, maps — are treated as confidential by default, including the fact of the engagement itself. Case studies are published only with written permission, anonymised to the level the client approves.
Ask for the NDA template in the Initial Conversation — most clients have it signed before the Diagnostic interview.
The complete data-handling statement, including the current sub-processor list, is available on request and summarised in the privacy policy.
We never advise both parties to the same negotiation. Before any engagement we check the named counterparts against current and recent work; if there is a conflict, we decline and say why we can.
Working with two competitors in the same industry on unrelated cases is possible only with strict information separation — and both clients are told the situation in general terms before we proceed.
JSRP - Advisory clients receive first-conflict protection on their named counterparts for the duration of the engagement.
We complete supplier questionnaires and portal registrations as part of the engagement — send them early and they run in parallel with the Diagnostic.
We do not promise the other side's decision. The decision belongs to your counterpart, your head office or your Japan organisation — promising it would be promising something we do not control, and you should distrust anyone who does.
What we commit to instead, and measure engagements by: clarity (you know where the case stands and why), preparation (the meeting that matters is rehearsed, the materials are internally reusable), progression (the case moves through identifiable stages instead of circling), and executability (your team can run the method without us afterwards).
Then bring your case to a 30-minute call. Vendor clearance and the Diagnostic can run in parallel.
